Fair comparisons come first

Free and premium companies are matched against the same customer needs. Payment does not buy a higher best-match position, wider service coverage, better reviews or a verification badge. Enhanced promotional sections are labelled on company profiles.

Sponsored placements are labelled separately from organic results and only appear for relevant customer needs and approved service areas. Areas are non-exclusive.

We do not guarantee profile views, enquiries, sales or returns. Activity reports show recorded result appearances, profile views, website clicks and quote-link clicks, not unique people or completed leads. Review figures appear only where we have attributable information.

From claim to profile

2. Confirm your connection. We review company access before you can make changes.
3. Add your details. Preview and submit the information you want customers to see.
4. Track your listing. Check publication status and website clicks from your dashboard.

Listing and trial terms

New trial terms effective on release, 14 September 2026

• New trials give eligible companies the first month of monthly Premium free. Card setup and explicit renewal consent are required. After the free month, Square charges £19/month unless you cancel renewal. Your first charge date is shown before confirmation. The annual plan is available separately.
• Cancel renewal from Plans and billing before your next charge. Cancellation must be confirmed by Square; if a request is still pending, its status remains visible. The free company listing remains and saved Premium content is retained privately when Premium access ends. Previously started card-free trials keep their original terms, end without charging, and are not converted into paid subscriptions.
• Only submit content you are authorised to publish. Keep claims factual, avoid personal customer details, and link to company pages you control. All public profile changes require review.
• Premium covers the enhanced profile features shown above. It does not alter comparison eligibility, prices, suitability scores, or customer review evidence.
• Subscriptions renew at the agreed monthly or annual interval until renewal is cancelled. The monthly trial automatically continues at £19/month after its free month. The price and payment interval are shown before you agree to pay through Square. See the subscription terms for plan changes, credits and cancellation.
• Inaccurate, misleading, abusive or unauthorised content may be declined or removed. Company ownership and factual corrections may require additional evidence.

Existing one-off premium purchases

Effective 7 September 2026

These terms apply only to existing £19 purchases of 30 days of premium listing access, not the recurring plans above. Those purchases do not renew automatically and are not converted into subscriptions.

Access starts after payment is confirmed and company authority is checked. If premium or trial time remains, the purchased 30 days are added after that period. Public profile changes still require approval; payment does not guarantee publication of unsuitable content, higher comparison rankings, enquiries or sales.

For a payment problem, cancellation request or refund enquiry, contact support with your purchase reference. Ending a trial or hiding a profile is not a payment refund. These terms do not remove applicable statutory rights.
