Comparisons and purchases

Plugin Solar Compare provides company and product comparisons. We do not sell, supply, install or guarantee the solar equipment listed. A result is not a quotation, electrical design, credit offer or confirmation that your property is suitable.

You buy from or contract with the chosen supplier under its terms. Confirm the complete price, specification, delivery or installation area, permissions, warranties, cancellation arrangements and any finance terms before agreeing. Contact that supplier about its orders or work.

Your saved options and messages

Saved comparisons are linked to your browser cookie. Shared links reveal the selected options and postcodes to anyone who has the link and access to the site. They show the currently listed product information, which may change after you create the link.

Account messages and supplier proposals are stored separately from browser comparisons. Keep sensitive identity, payment and customer documents out of submissions. See data and privacy controls.

Company listings

Only claim a company you are authorised to represent. Provide accurate information and content you have permission to publish. Claims and profile changes require review. Do not submit fabricated reviews, misleading coverage claims or someone else's private information.

Listing and trial terms explain premium features, trial expiry and paid-access requests. A paid-access request is not an order and does not take payment.

Problems and corrections

Information can change or be incomplete. We may correct or remove misleading content and restrict abusive or unauthorised access. Do not try to access another person's private records or disrupt the service.

Contact us about this site, a listing error or a complaint. Support replies are available in your account inbox; no automatic email notification is currently provided.

Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Supplier subscription terms

Effective 9 September 2026

Square processes recurring supplier subscription payments for Opus Leads Ltd. Your plan renews at the displayed monthly or annual interval until renewal is cancelled. The price, billing interval and any credit applied are shown before you agree to pay.

The agreed plan prices are £19 per month or £190 per year for Premium. Sponsorship is £19 per month per broad postcode area alongside Premium. Monthly Premium with five areas is £99 per month; extra areas cost £19 per month each. Customers paying £190/year for Premium can add five areas for £79/month or £790/year, billed separately. Opus Leads Ltd is not VAT-registered and no VAT is charged.

The agreed plan-change policy is immediate upgrades after payment of the prorated difference, and immediate downgrades with unused prepaid value added as account credit. Account credit is not a cash refund and reduces a payment only when shown as applied. Credit cannot also be refunded or used twice. A billing-frequency change displays the unused value and new payment before confirmation. Existing agreements retain their recorded prices and terms.

Checkout requires consent to the displayed recurring price and billing interval. Cancel renewal in your company billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal after Square confirms it and preserves previously confirmed paid access until expiry; it is not a refund request. Payment status comes from Square, not the checkout return page.

New Premium trials require a card and provide the first billing month free, followed by £19/month until cancelled. The first charge date is shown before confirmation. Cancel renewal in Plans and billing before that date to avoid the first charge. The £190 annual subscription is a separate choice. Existing card-free trials keep their original expiry and do not become paid automatically. Trials include profile features only. Sponsorship requires approval before checkout, is non-exclusive and cannot override actual service coverage or the relevance of a company to a customer. Placements are labelled and separate from organic best-match rankings. No traffic, enquiries or sales are guaranteed.

Refunds, disputes and unresolved payments require review. Use billing support before paying again when a payment is uncertain. Existing one-off payments and their terms remain separate from subscriptions.
